Shipping Policy

 * Once you place an order on website, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail and SMS which will include all the details of your order, including the order number in case you have not received an Order Confirmation e-mail and SMS, please call on 8296262230 (10 pm to 6 pm, Mon -Friday) or write to us at You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation e-mail and SMS when your order gets delivered.

* We ship through our registered courier companies for orders within India. We will be shipping your order in 3-5 business day as soon as the order is received & the payment is credited to our company account. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

* Orders placed after 11AM IST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday. *For orders within Bangalore, will be a standard delivery in 2-3 Business days. IF the order is pre-packed ready with us, we can deliver it on same day on extra cost of Express delivery, reach us for immediate delivery @8296262230. Express Delivery is possible only with a condition, that the order is already ready in stock.

* All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Bangalore, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number.

* You will receive an 'Out for Delivery' Email /SMS notification on the day of delivery. In case of non-availability of the customer our courier partner will make 2 more attempts for delivery. After multiple attempts if shipment is returned back to us by the courier company due to wrong address or Customer unavailability, the customer would be liable to bear the cost incurred in to and fro courier charges for the order. For Next step the customer can reach to us for reschedule of delivery on extra cost.

*In case for unforeseen circumstances there is delay in delivery, we will be immediately reach out to the customer with the reason and update on delivery.

*After delivery success, in case of disputes raised for loss of package or not delivered, we will provide proof of delivery to the customer & we will not be responsible, if the address provided is wrong or incomplete.

*Return Policy At Daksh CandleArts endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products, which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has genuine damage then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. We anyhow do not refund money in any given scenario.
